Urgent Opening for the position of the Warehousing Sales Manager - Mumbai (Andheri W)
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for warehousing services (B2B
- Generate leads through market research, networking, industry events, and digital channels
- Prepare customized proposals, pricing models, and service agreements for clients
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand warehousing needs and propose tailored solutions
- Collaborate with the operations and solutions teams to design warehousing strategies for prospective clients
- Maintain an active pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize deal closure rate
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- .Act as a single point of contact for warehousing customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Conduct periodic business reviews with clients to ensure service alignment and explore upselling opportunities.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine sales strategy
- Provide input to management on pricing, product development, and market positions
- Assist in developing go-to-market strategies for new warehousing services or locations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 4–8 years of B2B sales experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain services
- Strong understanding of warehousing operations, pricing structures, and customer Powerpoints. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation.
- Skills Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint), and knowledge of the Warehousing Management System
- Willingness to travel as required for client visits and business development.

Pay: ₹15,212.19 - ₹48,274.17 per month
