Job Opportunity – Warehouse Officer (Clothing Brand Experience Required)

We are hiring a Warehouse Officer (Raw Material & Finished Goods) with prior experience in a clothing/fashion brand to join our team.

Qualification:
Graduate

Salary Package:
PKR 50,000 – 55,000

Experience Required:
2 to 3 years of relevant experience with a clothing brand, handling raw material and finished goods warehouses

Key ResponsibilitiesRaw Material Warehouse

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming raw materials against delivery notes.
• Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and proper documentation of fabrics and accessories.
• Maintain accurate stock records using ERP/Excel.
• Monitor storage conditions to prevent damage or deterioration.
• Issue raw materials to production departments against approved requisitions.
• Conduct daily and weekly cycle counts and reconcile physical stock with system balances.
• Coordinate with procurement regarding shortages, excess, or defective materials.
• Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with approved warehouse policies.

Finished Goods Warehouse

• Receive finished garments from production with complete documentation.
• Inspect quantity, quality, and packing before storage.
• Allocate storage space efficiently to avoid mix-ups and damage.
• Maintain inventory records of finished goods by style, size, color, and barcode.
• Prepare finished goods for dispatch as per approved sales orders.
• Coordinate with logistics for timely dispatch and transportation arrangements.
• Manage packing, labeling, barcoding, and carton marking as per brand and client requirements.

General Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate documentation (GRN, Return Notes, Stock Issuance, Delivery Challan).
• Implement and monitor warehouse SOPs and best practices.
• Monitor warehouse equipment and coordinate maintenance when required.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports to management.
• Assist in internal and external audits and ensure all records are updated.
• Train warehouse staff on proper handling, record-keeping, and safety procedures.
