Warranty Analyst

Job Summary
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Warranty Analyst to join our team. In this position, you’ll be responsible for reviewing, processing, and analyzing warranty claims to ensure accuracy, compliance, and cost efficiency. The ideal candidate will be analytical, organized, and comfortable working with both data and people — balancing numbers with real-world service and product performance.

Responsibilities

• Review and process warranty claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with company and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) guidelines.
• Analyze warranty claim data to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with service departments, dealers, and manufacturers to resolve claim discrepancies and ensure timely reimbursements.
• Monitor warranty costs and prepare regular reports on claim performance, recovery rates, and product reliability.
• Maintain current knowledge of manufacturer warranty policies, procedures, and labor standards.
• Assist in developing warranty processes and training for service and parts personnel.
• Support root-cause analysis for recurring warranty claims or product failures.
• Track warranty metrics and compliance performance.

Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in warranty administration, data analysis, or related roles (automotive, agricultural, or heavy equipment).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
• Experience with warranty management systems.
• Excellent communication skills — able to work cross-functionally with service, finance, and operations teams.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.50 - $30.72 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
