We are currently seeking a meticulous and knowledgeable Warranty & Training Officer - Automotive to join our expanding automotive division. Based in Bahrain, this Full-Time role is critical to maintaining our high standards of after-sales service and technical expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the warranty claims process and for developing and delivering technical training programmes to our service staff, ensuring our team remains at the forefront of automotive technology and service excellence.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the entire warranty claims process, from submission to credit, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
* Serve as the primary liaison between the company, customers, and manufacturers on all warranty-related matters.
* Maintain meticulous records of all warranty claims, parts, and labour, preparing regular reports for management.
* Analyse warranty data to identify trends, report on product performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our service operations.
* Develop, organise, and deliver comprehensive technical training programmes for service technicians and advisors.
* Keep the technical team updated on the latest vehicle models, diagnostic procedures, and service bulletins.
* Assess the skills of the technical team to identify training needs and measure the effectiveness of training initiatives.
* Ensure the workshop has the latest technical information and resources available.

Qualifications:


* Proven experience in a warranty administration, technical support, or training role within the automotive industry.
* In-depth technical knowledge of modern vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
* Strong understanding of manufacturer warranty policies and claims processing systems.
* Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
* Proficiency in standard office software and experience with automotive dealership management systems (DMS).
* A technical qualification in automotive engineering or a related discipline is highly desirable.
* A proactive and professional approach to problem-solving.
