The Wash Rack Attendant will ensure excellent service to both external and internal customers (i.e.– Service Manager, Shop Supervisor, Invoicing Supervisor, etc.) through the timely and detailed washing of equipment, including communicating missing, broken or damaged parts on outgoing or incoming equipment.
Comfortable and willing to move/use equipment such as, but not limited to, forklifts, large tractors, water trucks, RTVs, etc.
Be able to fuel equipment and assist with preventative maintenance.
Familiar with work tools.
Establishes and maintains effective channels of communications with management, co workers, vendors and all other business contacts.
Uses equipment and materials in a safe and acceptable manner, follow established safety procedures, uses appropriate safeguards, and observes common sense rules of safety in all on the job activities.
Conducts self in a manner reflecting positively on PAR and STAR and encourages others to do the same.
Is organized, independent and self motivated, enthusiastic, dependable, detail oriented, flexible in scheduling and prioritization, and driven by excellence.
Demonstrates proficient written and verbal communication skills, including accurate grammar and business correspondence.

Maintain a valid driver’s license and a good driving record (if authorized to drive by Safety Manager).
Must be eligible to be added to company insurance.
Perform all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner.
