We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and detail-oriented Washing/Cleaning Incharge-Carpet on an immediate basis to join our team. This role is essential for delivering exceptional carpet cleaning services while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining top-tier cleanliness standards across residential and commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute carpet-cleaning projects according to industry standards and customer requirements.
• Utilize advanced cleaning techniques and equipment, including hot water extraction, steam cleaning, and stain removal.
• Train, guide, and mentor junior cleaners on best practices, equipment handling, and safety protocols.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify special treatment needs and develop customized cleaning plans.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand needs and deliver excellent customer service throughout the process.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience

5+ years in carpet cleaning or a related field. Proven experience leading cleaning teams and managing project timelines.

Knowledge

Strong understanding of carpet types and their appropriate cleaning methods.

Technical Skills

In-depth knowledge of carpet-cleaning equipment (extractors, buffers, vacuums). Proficiency in the use of cleaning chemicals and correct application methods. Strong understanding of safety regulations.

Work Details

• Work Location: On-site: 3.5 km Defense Road, Lahore (Only candidates comfortable with this location should apply.)
• Timings: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Salary: Competitive salary based on experience.
