Washington Estate Planning Document Creation Project - $1,800.00 Flat Fee.

Our law firm is seeking a highly experienced, Washington-licensed estate planning attorney to prepare a comprehensive set of Washington estate planning documents for internal firm use.

Applicant Requirements:

Active, in-good-standing WA Bar member with no disciplinary history in any jurisdiction.

· Minimum of 5 years of Washington estate planning experience and expert-level knowledge of Washington trusts and estates law.

· Must have personally completed at least 100 estate plans, and be thoroughly familiar with current Washington statutes, best practices, and all standard forms used in estate planning.

Scope of Work (Flat Fee: $1,800):

  • You will provide a full set of editable (preferably .docx) Washington estate planning documents, including but not limited to: wills and pour-over wills (single/married), revocable trusts (single/married and one with contingent trust for minor children), special needs trust, separate medical and financial POAs, health care directive, nomination for guardian for minor child, transfer on death deed deed, digital asset consent, and other commonly used Washington estate planning forms.
  • Approximately 5–10 hours of consultation regarding Washington estate planning practices, guidance on estate planning questionnaires for Washington residents and advice on execution, witnessing, and notarization requirements under Washington law. Additional hours beyond 10 hours of consultation time will be paid at $150.00 per hour.

Successful completion of this engagement may lead to separate estate planning work with our firm, if desired.
