What you'll do

Manage the marketplace seller ecosystem to ensure category growth and achieve commercial objectives

Lead and manage category teams, set targets, and monitor performance

Develop and expand the seller portfolio by onboarding new sellers
-
Manage commission rates, commercial terms, and campaign setups
-
Achieve category sales and profitability targets
-
Evaluate seller performance indicators and develop models to improve profitability
-
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Technology) to ensure sustainable category operations
-
Manage category-specific marketing strategies
-
Conduct market, trend, and competitor analyses to identify and propose new brands/products
-
Prepare category/seller-based performance reports and present them regularly to senior management

Identify improvement opportunities in seller and product processes

Support the development and training processes of the team
Who you are
-
Bachelor’s degree
-
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in category management within a marketplace (e-commerce platform
)
business model
-
Experience in Watches, Glasses, Jewelry, and Accessories categories (preferred)
-
Proven experience in team management or leadership
-
Strong knowledge of seller/vendor management processes
-
Analytical mindset with strong commercial awareness

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets / PowerPoint

Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools is a plus

Trend-oriented and visionary within category management

Ability to work quickly and efficiently with a results-driven mindset
