Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Watch Officer, a vital role dedicated to safeguarding global security interests through vigilant monitoring and strategic oversight. As a Watch Officer, you will ensure the seamless collection, analysis, and dissemination of vital information across multiple domains.

Duties

• Monitor real-time movement of clients through personal monitoring devices· (e.g. smartphone app, GPS and/or GSM Trackers), responding to panic alarm activations and providing emergency assistance.
• Coordinate and support global security operations by providing timely intelligence updates and situational awareness.
• Conduct comprehensive intelligence targeting to prioritize high-value assets and potential adversary activities.
• Lead data collection initiatives across platforms, ensuring accuracy and relevance of intelligence inputs.
• Prepare situation reports and maintain administrative requirements associated with role and responsibilities.

Knowledge & Skills

• 3+ years operational experience in a Global Security Operation Center, Fusion Center, Emergency Operation Center, Command and Control Center, or similar security and open-source intelligence center operation.
• Ability to thrive under pressure, remain flexible, and quickly adapt to unforeseen challenges.
• Effective crisis management skills.
• Technical expertise and quick adaptation to new technologies.
• Broad understanding of GPS, cellular and Iridium satellite technologies, software platforms and hardware (Relevant GIS, mapping and tracking software product knowledge is preferred).
• Experience in open-source intelligence collection and analysis
• Excellent analytical, research and investigative skills.
• Proficient in recognizing customer needs and expectations, engaging in client operations, and supporting customer listening initiatives, including call monitoring, to drive quality improvements, error prevention, and operational performance measurement.
• Adept at analyzing and synthesizing quality reports.
• Candidates with the ability to obtain security clearance are preferred.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
