Urgent Hiring: Watchman (Local Hire Only – Qatar)

We are a Main Contracting Company in Qatar looking for a Watchman to be assigned to our project sites.

Position: Watchman
Location: Project Sites (within Qatar)
Availability: Local hire only

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and safeguard company property, materials, and equipment at the project site.
• Control entry and exit of personnel, vehicles, and visitors.
• Conduct routine inspections around the premises to ensure site safety and security.
• Report any suspicious activity, safety hazards, or incidents to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
• Ensure proper locking and securing of site gates, stores, and offices after working hours.

Requirements:

• Must be currently available in Qatar with valid QID.
• Previous experience as a watchman or site security personnel preferred.
• Physically fit and able to work long hours or night shifts if required.
• Basic communication skills in English or Arabic.
