Watchman

Job Title: (Building Watchman)

We are looking for a live-in watchman for a residential (G+4) building in Ajman, Hamidiya 1 area. The role includes building security, daily cleaning and basic maintenance tasks. Basic Arabic or English for communication is required.

Job Main Tasks (Experience is required):

· Clean building entrances, hall, corridors, garbage areas, and common areas daily & whenever is required.

· Handle basic maintenance tasks.

· Control time schedule of building lights and air-conditions according to owner instructions.

· Daily inspection of all water supply lines and tanks and avoid any water leakage.

· Report important issues to the owner.

· Behave politely and respectively with all tenants and coordinate their requests with owner.

· Coordinate with maintenance technicians.

· Ensure safety and tidiness of the building at all times.

· Performing any other duties requested by owner.

Salary & Benefits:

1) Salary: AED 1,200 – 1,500/month according to employee experience and performance +

2) Free Accommodation is provided inside the building - electricity, water and internet to be paid by owner.

3) All government residence and labor fees to be paid by owner.
