Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable Watchman to support our real estate operations. The watchman will be responsible for site monitoring, key handling, basic reporting, and ensuring properties are secure, clean, and ready for move-in or inspection.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor residential buildings and property entrances.
• Ensure the safety and security of units during move-in & move-out activities.
• Handle keys, record logs, and assist tenants/visitors with directions.
• Report any maintenance or security issues to the operations team.
• Support move-in/move-out inspections by opening and closing units.
• Keep common areas tidy and ensure properties are presentable.
• Maintain daily logs (visitors, activities, handovers).
• Assist with basic documentation and simple mobile app updates (if required).
• Coordinate with drivers, cleaners, and move-in/move-out supervisors.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a Watchman/Security/Helper
• Ability to read/write basic English
• Basic documentation and logbook handling skills.
• Physically fit and able to support operational tasks.
• Professional, polite, and customer-friendly behavior.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
