Water and Sewer Infrastructure Manager

The Water and Sewer (W&S) Infrastructure Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality of construction documents, planning and coordination of construction activities, stakeholder engagement, and the execution of major capital construction projects related to the County’s water and wastewater systems. These projects include treatment plant upgrades, transmission and distribution improvements, pump station replacements, and other critical infrastructure supporting the Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department’s (WASD) Capital Improvement Program (CIP). The increasing volume and complexity of these projects is driven by expanded funding and the County’s long-term infrastructure modernization goals.
