Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor s Degree. A minimum of two years of administrative experience to include experience in financial analysis, personnel, budget preparation, procurement and/or contract monitoring are required. Additional administrative experience to include financial analysis, personnel, budget preparation, procurement and/or contract monitoring may substitute for the required college education on a year for year basis.

This position plays a critical role in supporting the Planning, Development, Regulatory, and Capital Infrastructure Division by ensuring the smooth administrative and operational execution of capital projects. The W&S Operations Coordinator works closely with division leadership, project managers, and internal support units to manage personnel coordination, procurement support, financial tracking, and contract administration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing multiple priorities while ensuring compliance with County procedures and funding controls. This role offers an opportunity to directly contribute to the successful delivery of major capital improvement initiatives that support essential water and sewer infrastructure.
