Water Mitigation Sales Representative (On-Call to Full-Time Opportunity)

We are a fast-growing water mitigation company that responds to residential properties experiencing water damage. Our team inspects homes, identifies damage, assists homeowners with filing insurance claims, and performs demolition and structural drying services. We pride ourselves on professionalism, urgency, and helping homeowners through stressful situations.

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated, personable, and confident Sales Representative to join our team. You do not need a construction background. If you are likable, professional, and know how to build trust and close sales, we can teach you the rest.

This position will start as on-call, with strong potential to move into a full-time role with benefits based on performance and company growth.

What You’ll Do

• Meet homeowners at their property after water damage incidents
• Assess the situation alongside our mitigation team
• Educate homeowners about our services
• Assist homeowners in starting the insurance claim process
• Close service agreements for mitigation, demo, and drying
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships

Compensation

• Hourly pay (while on-call and training)
• High earning potential through commission (commission is based on the jobs you sell)
• The majority of income potential is commission-based
