Water Proofing Technician

Key Responsibilities: Apply waterproofing systems for roofs, basements, bathrooms, and other areas
Inspect surfaces and identify leakage or seepage issues
Perform surface preparation, crack repairs, and coating applications
Use waterproofing materials and tools correctly and efficiently
Conduct basic leak testing and ensure quality of work
Apply torch-on bitumen membranes for roof waterproofing using propane torches.
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, levelling, and priming before membrane installation.
Ensure proper overlap, sealing, and slope formation for effective water drainage.

Coordinate with maintenance and site teams
Maintain tools, equipment, and follow safety procedures on-site

Requirements:
2–5 years of UAE experience in waterproofing works or similar field Good knowledge of waterproofing methods (membrane, coatings, etc.)
Ability to identify and fix leakage issues Physically fit and able to work in site conditions
Good teamwork, reading, writing and communication skills

Monthly Salary: AED 2,200.00 to 2,500.00

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
