Water System Service Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Water System Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing water treatment and distribution systems to ensure optimal performance. This position involves frequent driving, as you will be visiting customers’ homes and commercial facilities.

Duties

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of water filtration systems at residential and commercial site.
• Deliver 40-lb bags of salt to restaurant customers as part of regular service visits.
• Troubleshoot and repair water system components efficiently, minimizing downtime for clients.
• Communicate technical information clearly to clients and team members, ensuring understanding of service procedures and system status.
• Follow safety protocols meticulously during all service activities to protect yourself and others.
• Document all service activities thoroughly, including inspections, repairs, and system performance reports.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and share technical insights for ongoing system enhancements.

Requirements

• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and system diagrams accurately.
• Good communication skills in Japanese; proficiency in English is a plus.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
