WATER TREATMENT TEHNICIAN

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Water Treatment Technician responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting various water treatment systems including RO Plants, Chemical Dosing Systems, Filtration Units, Pumps, and all related water treatment equipment. The candidate must ensure smooth operation, quality control, and timely service for all water treatment projects. Immediate joining is required, and a NOC must be provided. Candidates from Nepal, and India,Srilanka are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities (Not Limited To):

RO Plant Operation & Maintenance

• Operate, monitor, and maintain Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plants.
• Perform regular checks on pumps, membranes, pre-filters, HP pumps, and instrumentation.
• Conduct membrane cleaning (CIP) and filter replacement as per schedule.
• Monitor TDS, pH, pressure, and flow rates to ensure optimal performance.

Chemical Dosing Systems

• Install, calibrate, and maintain chemical dosing pumps and tanks.
• Prepare and handle treatment chemicals (antiscalant, chlorine, acid, alkali, disinfectants).
• Monitor chemical levels and ensure proper dosing to maintain water quality.
• Perform safety checks and follow chemical handling procedures.

Water Treatment Equipment Maintenance

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for water treatment equipment such as:
• Sand Filters
• Carbon Filters
• Cartridge Filters
• Softener Systems
• UV Systems
• Pressure Vessels
• Control Panels
• Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical faults.

General Water-Related Work

• Perform pipeline works, valve replacements, leak fixing, flushing, and system cleaning.
• Support installation and commissioning of new water treatment systems.
• Conduct regular site visits for maintenance contracts.

Quality Control & Reporting

• Conduct routine water quality testing (TDS, chlorine, pH, ORP, conductivity).
• Keep records of plant operations, chemical consumption, and maintenance reports.
• Report breakdowns, abnormalities, and service needs to the supervisor on time.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all work is performed following safety procedures and company standards.
• Properly store chemicals and maintain MSDS compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the worksite and plant rooms.

Customer & Team Support

• Provide professional support during client visits, inspections, and service calls.
• Coordinate with the technical team for smooth project execution.
• Assist in training junior technicians if required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in water treatment systems (RO/Filtration/Chemical Dosing).
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read system diagrams and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor/plant environments.
• Must be available for immediate joining.
• Valid Qatar driving licence
