Wax Specialist

The Dollhaus Beauty Co. is hiring for a permanent part-time wax specialist in our Santa Ana beauty studio.

We are looking for licensed estheticians and cosmetologists who have at least 1 year experienced in performing full face and full body wax services using hard wax and/or soft wax.

Essential qualities of the right person for this position:

-Required license or certification: Esthetician or Cosmetologist

-1 year experience waxing (post school)

- A genuine, warm, friendly, and positive personality

-An interest in the fashion and beauty industry

-Ability to work nights and weekends

-Good communication skills

-The ability to be proactive and take the initiative

-Enthusiasm for participating in our social media videos and photos

Duties:

• Providing a high quality wax service with a vibrant, and caring attitude
• Educate clients on their options for services and products that will improve their individual experience and lifestyle
• Maintain a super clean wax suite at all times
• Retain guests through suggesting pre-booking and recommending products
• Creating a lasting impression client experience
• Assist with checking in and checking out clients when necessary

Our ideal candidate is professional but fun, and has at least 1-2 years previous experience waxing at a waxing chain or center and can complete a maintenance Brazilian in 15 minutes or less. This position best fits someone who considers themselves a “people person”, and who enjoys educating clients on beauty products and services.
