Responsibilities

• Perform professional body waxing treatments with precision and care, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction
• Provide additional esthetic services such as eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, and makeup application as needed
• Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations and salon protocols
• Assist clients in selecting suitable treatments based on their skin type and personal goals
• Use salon software like MINDBODY to schedule appointments, update client records, and manage daily operations efficiently
• Educate clients on post-treatment care and product recommendations to enhance results and promote ongoing wellness
• Uphold high standards of customer service by creating a positive, relaxing experience for every guest

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales within the beauty or wellness industry is preferred
• Certification or licensure in cosmetology or barbering required; additional certifications in botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, or body waxing are a plus
• Proficiency with salon management software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms
• Skilled in esthetic laser treatment, nail care, hair threading, and makeup application preferred but not mandatory
• Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clientele
• Ability to stand for extended periods while maintaining attention to detail during treatments
