Waxing Specialist/ Esthetician

Job description:

Brazilian Wax and Spa by Claudia is currently seeking a licensed Waxing Specialist / Esthetician to join our growing team at our Philadelphia location. We are looking for someone who is passionate about skincare, professional, and motivated to provide excellent client service.

Compensation:
Starting at $15/hour + commission on retail product sales

Schedule:
Flexible schedule available (full-time or part-time)

Responsibilities:

• Perform professional waxing services including Brazilian, body, and facial waxing
• Educate clients on skincare and aftercare
• Recommend and sell retail products when appropriate
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized treatment room
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client comfort
• Follow all spa policies and sanitation standards

Requirements:

• Active Esthetician or Cosmetology License (Pennsylvania)
• Experience with waxing services preferred (training may be available)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
