• We re hiring a Product Designer to shape and elevate our digital products As a Product Designer you ll be at the intersection of user needs business goals and technical feasibility
• You ll be pivotal in defining and delivering exceptional experiences that solve customer problems and drive value
• Key Responsibilities Discovery Strategy Conduct user research and competitor analysis to inform design strategies
• Translate research insights into wireframes prototypes and detailed visual designs
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align on business and technical requirements
• Design Craft Design scalable intuitive product experiences across web and mobile platforms
• Own the full design lifecycle from discovery to delivery and iteration
• Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency
• Cross Functional Collaboration Work closely with service designers researchers and developers to deliver cohesive experiences
• Communicate design decisions clearly through storytelling and rationale
• Use prototypes to convey product line concepts narratives and value propositions
• Execution Delivery Validate solutions through usability testing and data analysis
• Iterate designs based on customer feedback business needs and performance metrics
• Required Qualifications Bachelor s Master s in Human Computer Interaction Design Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 8 years of experience in product design or a related UX UI role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end to end design thinking including user workflows UI designs and prototypes
• Proficient in Figma Mural and design prototyping tools
• Deep understanding of interaction design usability principles and accessibility
• Preferred Skills Experience in digital commerce fintech or SaaS products
• Strong problem solving skills with the ability to balance user centric design with business constraints
