Job Description:

AK Graphic is hiring energetic and motivated Call Center Agents (Night Shift) to join our growing team in Gulberg II, Lahore for an international campaign.

You’ll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing product information, and guiding customers with a positive and professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries
• Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up
• Deliver excellent customer service and support

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 months of experience in a call center environment (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
• Good English communication skills
• Regularity and punctuality
