MarCom (Pvt.) Ltd., an advertising & media agency, is looking for an Invoicing & Billing Executive to support our Media & Accounts Department.

Responsibilities:

Prepare client invoices & vendor bills

Coordinate with media houses for billing reconciliation

Maintain records & follow up on payments

Desk-based role with occasional vendor/media visits

Reporting To: AM Finance & HR, MD & CEO

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (Commerce/Finance/Business)

1–3 years relevant experience

Good MS Excel & communication skills
