Atlantis Tech is actively hiring experienced and detail-oriented Medical Billing Executives to join our expanding US healthcare operations team.

We are looking for professionals with strong hands-on experience in end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), including claim submission, AR follow-ups, denial management, and payment posting.

Preference will be given to candidates who have worked across multiple medical specialties (e.g., Therapy Services, Vision Care, etc.) and possess diverse practice exposure within the RCM cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete medical billing cycle (Charge Entry to AR Follow-up)
• Review patient demographics & insurance details for billing accuracy
• Submit electronic claims and ensure timely follow-ups
• Handle denied, rejected, and underpaid claims efficiently
• Post insurance and patient payments accurately
• Work on EOBs and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and payer guidelines
• Maintain productivity, quality, and accuracy benchmarks
• Coordinate with US clients and insurance companies professionally

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in US Medical Billing / RCM
• Strong understanding of CPT/ICD codes, EOBs, claim lifecycle, and denial management
• Experience in Therapy Services and Vision Care billing preferred
• Familiarity with Kareo, AdvancedMD, DrChrono, Athena (Plus Point)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred but not mandatory with strong experience)
