Virtelligence is a growing US healthcare outsourcing company providing complete Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented AR Specialist to join our Accounts Receivable team.

Position Overview

The AR Specialist will be responsible for managing unpaid claims, resolving denials, and ensuring timely reimbursement from insurance payers in the US healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor unpaid claims and follow up with insurance payers
• Analyze, correct, and resubmit denied claims
• Contact insurance companies via phone and email for payment follow-ups
• Ensure timely resolution of outstanding receivables
• Maintain and review AR aging reports
• Communicate payment status and updates to clients
• Meet productivity and quality benchmarks

Requirements

✔ 2+ years of US AR / Claims follow-up experience
✔ Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
✔ Clear and professional English communication
✔ Basic knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding
✔ Familiarity with RCM / Medical Billing software
✔ Willingness to work in Night Shift (US time zone)
