Business Development Representative-Medical Billing

  • Identify, target, and generate new business opportunities within the healthcare sector (physician practices, hospitals, specialty clinics, DME providers, etc.)
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Present and promote medical billing services, including revenue cycle management (RCM), coding, credentialing, AR follow-up, and denial management
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential prospects
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare providers and decision-makers
  • Prepare proposals, pricing models, and service agreements
  • Coordinate with operations and onboarding teams to ensure smooth client transition
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM
  • Attend industry events, healthcare conferences, and networking meetings

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Business Development: 3 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
