- Identify, target, and generate new business opportunities within the healthcare sector (physician practices, hospitals, specialty clinics, DME providers, etc.)
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Present and promote medical billing services, including revenue cycle management (RCM), coding, credentialing, AR follow-up, and denial management
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential prospects
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare providers and decision-makers
- Prepare proposals, pricing models, and service agreements
- Coordinate with operations and onboarding teams to ensure smooth client transition
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM
- Attend industry events, healthcare conferences, and networking meetings
