Virtelligence is a growing US healthcare outsourcing company providing complete Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services. We are looking for a detail-oriented and accurate Charge Entry Specialist to join our RCM team.

Position Overview

The Charge Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately entering charge and encounter data into the billing system while ensuring compliance with coding guidelines and payer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter charges and encounter data into the billing system accurately
• Ensure charges match coding and supporting documentation
• Validate patient demographics and payer information before claim submission
• Identify and correct errors to prevent claim rejections
• Maintain productivity and accuracy standards
• Coordinate with coding and AR teams when necessary

Requirements

✔ 1–3 years of medical billing experience (US market preferred)
✔ Strong attention to detail
✔ Good typing speed and system accuracy
✔ Basic knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 codes
✔ Familiarity with medical billing / RCM software
✔ Willingness to work in Night Shift (US time zone)
