Job Description:
We are a growing healthcare services company looking for a motivated Outreach Expert to help us connect with doctors, private practices, and small clinics in the United States. Our company provides Medical Billing, Medical Coding, Medical Credentialing, and Virtual Assistant (VA) services to healthcare providers.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding potential clinics and reaching out to decision-makers who may need help managing their billing, coding, credentialing, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify small clinics, private practices, and healthcare providers in the US.
• Reach out to doctors and clinic managers through email, LinkedIn, cold calls, and other outreach methods.
• Generate qualified leads for Medical Billing, Coding, Credentialing, and VA services.
• Explain our services and how we help clinics increase revenue and reduce administrative workload.
• Schedule meetings or discovery calls with potential clients.
• Maintain outreach records and lead databases.
• Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into clients.

Requirements:

• Experience in lead generation, outreach, or B2B sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to research and identify healthcare providers and decision-makers.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with US healthcare providers or medical billing companies.
• Knowledge of medical billing, coding, credentialing, or healthcare outsourcing.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools.
