(Supply Chain Security Management System - SCSMS) In this pivotal role, you will leverage your extensive experience to ensure compliance with financial regulations and enhance the integrity of our financial reporting. You will lead audits, provide insightful analysis, and collaborate with various departments to uphold the highest standards of accuracy and transparency in our financial practices. What you’ll do

• Lead comprehensive internal audits to assess compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and GAAS (Generally Accepted Auditing Standards).
• Prepare detailed financial reports and analyses that clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement COSO (Committee of Sponsoring Organizations) frameworks for effective risk management.
• Review corporate accounting practices and ensure adherence to regulatory reporting requirements.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of governmental accounting practices and tax experiences to identify areas for improvement.
• Utilize advanced accounting software to streamline auditing processes and enhance data accuracy.
• Mentor junior auditors, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.
• Stay updated on financial concepts and emerging trends in the auditing field to maintain best practices.

Basic qualifications

• Proven experience in public accounting or a similar auditing role.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.

Preferred qualifications

• Proficiency in financial software and general ledger accounting systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial management, risk management, and technical accounting principles.
