We are seeking a hard-working team player to join our team as a Social Media Executive. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms, helping to enhance our online presence and engage our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative content strategies for social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and more.
• Create engaging and high-quality digital content, such as images, videos, graphics, and written posts, tailored to each platform.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
• Monitor social media trends and incorporate relevant topics and hashtags into content planning.
• Analyze content performance and engagement metrics to optimize future content and strategies.
• Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital content creation and social media marketing.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, with a strong portfolio of digital content.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva & Brandwatch.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for storytelling and digital media.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Knowledge of content optimization.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
