Bright Smile Medical center in Alain the biggest modern VIP Dental Facility Hiring hiring Senior Developer desktop/web apps (C#/.NET or equivalent) with deep IT & SQL Server expertise

You will:

Fix client performance: memory-leak profiling, cache caps (LRU/TTL), temp/cache auto-purge.

Implement server snapshot feed (XML/JSON, 3–10s) with live-query fallback.

Optimize SQL Server: no SELECT *, server-side paging, stored procs, index/plan tuning, Historical DB (archive >60–90d), dedupe/compression.

Define SLOs (<1–2s p95), add telemetry & dashboards, run 4–6h soak tests.

Own infra: Windows Server/IIS, 1/10GbE switching, VLANs/QoS, backups (3-2-1), rollbacks, CI perf gates (main + feature-branch workflow).

Must-have:

5–8+ yrs building desktop/web apps (C#/.NET or equivalent) and deep SQL Server expertise.

Windows Server/IIS admin; networking (1/10GbE, VLANs, QoS); Git/CI-CD; monitoring.

Nice-to-have: QNAP NAS, HP DL380, Xopero, healthcare data (HL7/Power BI).
