SUMMARY OF ROLE
The purpose of this role is to develop the Wealth Management business by increasing wealth penetration within the existing portfolio, propose new tie up with investment vendors that will result in increasing generated fee income, marketing vendors, increase AUM, and enhancing the overall quality of service & performance of the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Contribute to Wealth Management Strategy:
Assist in developing and executing the Wealth Management strategy for ABO clients by analyzing client needs, market trends, and investment opportunities to align with the Bank’s objectives.
Support Product & Investment Offerings:
Assist in the introduction and promotion of new Wealth Management products, services, and investment instruments tailored to ABO clients’ financial goals and risk appetite.
Portfolio Growth & Revenue Generation:
Drive wealth penetration within the existing client portfolio by identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, with the objective of increasing Assets Under Management (AUM) and generating sustainable fee income.
Market & Client Relationship Building:
Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients and key market stakeholders to enhance the Bank’s positioning and capture new business opportunities.
Disciplined Sales Execution:
Apply a structured and disciplined sales process, including prospecting, needs analysis, solution presentation, and closing, while ensuring follow-up to maximize client satisfaction and business results.
High-Quality Client Service:
Deliver exceptional client experiences by providing personalized advice, proactive communication, and timely resolution of client queries and requests.
In-Depth Product Knowledge:
Demonstrate strong knowledge of Wealth Management products, global markets, and financial instruments, enabling the provision of sound investment recommendations and financial planning advice.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure strict adherence to compliance standards, regulatory requirements, and internal risk management policies in all client interactions and transactions.
Sales & Performance Reporting:
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client meetings, sales calls, and business development activities to support performance tracking and management reporting.
