Experience Level: 3-4 Years (Open to Senior profiles as well with experience of 4 years & above)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Financial Advisor with 3-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide clients with comprehensive financial advice and planning services, helping them achieve their financial goals and secure their financial futures. The Financial Advisor will work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and develop personalized strategies that cover investments, insurance, etc.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing personalized financial advice.
  • Conduct in-depth assessments of clients’ financial situations, including income, expenses, liabilities, and risk tolerance.

Financial Planning and Strategy:

  • Offer guidance on investment strategies, including asset allocation, portfolio management, and risk mitigation.
  • Regularly review and update financial plans to reflect changes in the client's life or market conditions.

Investment and Product Knowledge:

  • Educate clients on a range of financial products that we provide.
  • Recommend appropriate investment products based on clients' goals.

Client Acquisition and Business Development:

  • Actively prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and personal outreach.
  • Maintain and grow a client base by providing excellent service and developing trust-based relationships.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to cross-sell additional financial products and services.

Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure all advice and product recommendations comply with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Keep up to date with changes in financial laws and regulations to maintain compliance.
  • Maintain accurate client records, including financial plans, recommendations, and ongoing communication.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience as a Financial Advisor or in financial planning, investment advisory, or wealth management.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) , Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) , Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) are preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products & investment strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear, concise manner.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement personalized financial plans.
