Wealth Manager

The role focuses on building relationships with high-net-worth individuals, private investors, family businesses, and investment-focused clients in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying qualified investors, presenting real estate investment opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting deal execution.

We are looking for a commercially strong candidate with experience in real estate investment, capital companies, investment advisory, investor relations, or private client sales.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential HNWI, private investors, and family business clients in Saudi Arabia.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified real estate investment prospects.
• Present real estate investment opportunities to potential investors.
• Manage client relationships from initial contact to transaction stage.
• Support investor meetings, private presentations, and commercial discussions.
• Build relationships with capital companies, advisory firms, developers, brokers, and other investor lead sources.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the Saudi real estate investment market.
• Track pipeline activity, client updates, and deal progress.
• Represent the organization professionally with investors and strategic partners.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in investment sales, real estate investment, capital companies, advisory, investor relations, or private client sales.
• Strong network of investors, HNWI, family businesses, or private clients in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close commercial deals.
• Strong understanding of real estate as an investment product.
• Experience in capital companies, investment firms, real estate investment firms, or advisory firms is preferred.
• Previous banking or wealth management background is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
• Based in Saudi Arabia, preferably Riyadh.
