We are looking for motivated and ambitious Off-Plan / Secondary Real Estate Agents to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. This is a commission-based opportunity ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, real estate, and building strong client relationships.

As a Real Estate Agent, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties while providing expert guidance on market conditions and investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential properties for sale or rent.
• Build and maintain a strong network of clients through referrals, networking events, and online platforms.
• Advise clients on market conditions, property prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with property developers, landlords, and other industry professionals to establish strong partnerships.
• Prepare and present property listings to prospective buyers and tenants.
• Negotiate offers and successfully close property deals.
• Stay up-to-date with Dubai real estate market trends, property values, and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, property laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven.
• UAE driving license is preferred (optional).
