Responsible for managing and maintaining the SAP Hybris platform, which is a software solution for e-commerce

and digital marketing, responsible for overseeing and maintaining the Hybris storefront and ensuring that it meets

the business requirements and customer expectations, managing the web analytics tools to monitor and generate

customer access data and patters, and managing and administering other platfomrs integrates with SACO website


JOB REQUIREMENTS

1 -Required Educational Level:

Minimum: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related

Preferred: A certification in SAP Commerce Cloud or a similar cloud-based e-commerce.

Based in KSA.


2- Required Experience:


Minimum: 3 years managing SAP Hybris storefront or similar platform.



3- Required Competencies


& Skills:

A solid understanding of the SAP Commerce Cloud, strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts,

technologies and services, such as AWS, Azure, mobile apps, web and google analytics…

4 Other or special requirements (if any):

Proficient in SAP Hybris administration tools, such as HAC, HMC, Backoffice, Cockpit, ImpEx, CronJobs…

Knowledgeable in web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, JSON, HTTP(S), REST/SOAP APIs...


PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


1. Designing, developing, testing, and deploying the Hybris storefront using various web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSP.

2. Configuring and customizing the Hybris storefront features and functionalities, such as product catalog, search, cart, checkout, payment, promotion, personalization.

3. Monitoring and optimizing the performance, usability, security, and accessibility of the Hybris storefront, including page load times, and take steps to optimize performance. This may involve image optimization, caching, and other techniques to improve website speed.

4. Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues or incidents related to the Hybris storefront. Use web analytics tools to track website traffic, user behavior, and other key performance metrics. Generate reports and use data-driven insights to make improvements.

5. Providing technical support and guidance to the Hybris storefront users, developers, and business partners. As well as providing support to mobile app developers and testers.

6. Collaborating with other Hybris developers, administrators, consultants, and vendors to ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of the Hybris e-commerce solution.

7. Regularly update and maintain the website to ensure that it is up and running smoothly. This includes uploading new content, making necessary changes, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

8. Implement SEO best practices to improve the website's visibility on search engines. This includes optimizing content, meta tags, and other on-page elements. Utilize analytics tools to monitor and review performance.

9. Provide training to content creators and other team members on how to use the CMS and follow best practices for website management. Maintain documentation for website procedures and protocols.

10. Conduct testing to identify and fix any bugs, broken links, or usability issues. Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure a consistent user experience. Set up monitoring tools to be notified of website issues in real-time, allowing for rapid response to any problems.

12. KPIs: Financial (Sales), Operational (AOV), Service (CSAT, Store Rating), Marketing (Customer Count, Customer Retention Rate)
