Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Web and Mobile Technical Lead. This role is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the Optimizely CMS and CMP platforms, driving continuous enhancement of the website, and acting as the primary interface between business stakeholders, delivery teams, vendors, and Optimizely itself. The ideal candidate combines strong technical understanding of Optimizely with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, take ownership of outcomes, and ensure that the website roadmap aligns with business priorities while being delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
