Role Overview

A digital builder who can develop or manage web and app platforms end-to-end and turn ideas into scalable digital products.

We are looking for a Web & App Development to design, build, and manage digital platforms, including websites, web applications, and mobile apps.

This role is responsible for end-to-end platform development — from requirements and architecture to development, testing, launch, and continuous improvement — either hands-on or by managing outsourced developers and agencies.

Key Responsibilities

1️ Web Development

• Develop and manage company websites, portals, and web applications
• Ensure performance, security, scalability, and user experience
• Manage CMS, landing pages, dashboards, and admin panels
• Integrate APIs, payment gateways, CRM, analytics, and third-party tools

2️ Mobile App Development

• Develop and manage iOS and Android applications
• Oversee app architecture, UX/UI, and functionality
• Manage app publishing, updates, and maintenance
• Ensure performance, stability, and scalability

3️ Development Management (In-house & Outsourced)

• Manage developers, freelancers, and development agencies
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Control timelines, budgets, sprints, and deliverables
• Review code quality, testing, and documentation

4️ Product & Feature Development

• Own product roadmap and feature planning
• Work closely with business, marketing, and sales teams
• Improve user journeys, flows, and platform functionality
• Implement feedback and data-driven improvements

5️ Technical Infrastructure & Integrations

• Manage hosting, servers, cloud services, and environments
• Integrate payment systems, e-commerce tools, and marketplaces
• Implement security, backups, and compliance best practices
• Ensure platform reliability and uptime

6️ Optimization, Testing & Maintenance

• Conduct testing, bug fixing, and performance optimization
• Manage updates, upgrades, and platform scaling
• Monitor analytics and platform performance
• Ensure smooth post-launch support

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in web and mobile app development
• Strong understanding of frontend & backend technologies
• Experience managing outsourced developers or agencies
• Knowledge of modern frameworks, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
• Experience with UX/UI, performance optimization, and security
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
