Web App- Technology lead

As an Web Application Developer Lead, you will be responsible to support, maintain, and troubleshoot backend systems in production. This role focuses on ensuring system reliability, resolving incidents, and collaborating with engineering teams to improve service stability and performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform

- Responsible for team decisions

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

- Lead the team in implementing new technologies

- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure quality and efficiency

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Multiplatform Front End Development React

- Strong understanding of responsive design principles

- Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming

- Hands-on experience with state management libraries like Redux

- Knowledge of modern JavaScript ES6+ features

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Multiplatform Front End Development React.

- A 15 years full time education is required.

- Troubleshooting experiences (tools, logs analysis etc.) and quick Troubleshooting skill

- 5 years of Experience in Application / Platform support activities, proficient in ITSM tool, processess and Support activities.

- Willing to work in shifts, on-call for Operational supports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR14,000.00 - QAR17,000.00 per month
