Job Title: Web Consultant / Telecaller / CCE / International BPO (Night Shift)

Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Care Executives (CCE) to communicate with business owners via phone and email and provide information about our services. This is an in-office role with a face-to-face interview process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails professionally
• Explain company services and support client onboarding
• Maintain client relationships and resolve customer queries
• Coordinate with senior team members

Requirements:

• H.S. pass & above (English medium schooling mandatory)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• 6 months to 1 year experience in website process preferred
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Kolkata-based candidates only (face-to-face interview required)

Shift & Schedule:

• Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
• Monday to Friday
• Saturday & Sunday fixed off
