Web Content Executive/ Poster

TopSpot is looking for a passionate Web Content Executive/ Poster. The candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing high-quality content for our websites, blogs, and social media platforms. The selected candidate will collaborate with marketing strategists, designers, and SEO specialists to craft content that drives engagement, enhances client’s visibility, and supports business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and publish engaging web content, including articles, blogs, and social media posts.
• Develop content strategies aligned with short-term and long-term marketing goals.
• Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
• Collaborate with designers to produce visually appealing content, including infographics and required content by the client.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all digital platforms.
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, making data-driven improvements.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify content trends and opportunities.
• Proofread and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Web Content Executive, Content poster, or similar role in a digital marketing environment.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot).
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator).
• Knowledge of social media management and advertising platforms.
• Understanding of user experience (UX) and conversion optimization.
