We are searching for a skilled, energetic, and focused Web Content Manager.

Description: Agile5 Technologies is seeking a skilled Web Content Manager to oversee and maintain website content and software libraries. This role requires an individual with proven experience in tracking project milestones, managing content from documentation to removal, and handling the submission of key metrics. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized professional, adept at using tools like JIRA and SharePoint to ensure web content is current, accurate, and aligned with project goals.

Web Content Manager Job Duties:

  • Track milestones and issues related to website content management.

  • Document, post for review, and remove content.
  • Manage scheduling and submission of metrics information.
  • Maintain and manage software libraries.
  • Utilize Atlassian JIRA and/or Microsoft SharePoint for content management and tracking.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

Security Clearance Requirements: Active DoD Secret (S) required. Candidates must already possess this clearance level upon applying.

Experience Requirements: Requires three (3) years of prior professional experience in website content management, including tracking milestones and issues, documenting and posting content, and managing software libraries. Candidates must have experience using Atlassian JIRA and/or Microsoft SharePoint.

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, computer science, or an equivalent technical degree from an accredited college or university.

Desired Skills / Qualifications: Experience with tracking and managing content in government or highly regulated environments is a plus. Certifications such as CAP, CASP+ CE, CISM, CISSP (or Associate), GSLC, and CCISO are preferred.

Location: On-site in Philadelphia, PA

Status: Full time

Schedule: Day shift, Monday–Friday

Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long durations of time. Also, must be able to continuously operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.
