About The Role
Are you passionate about turning website visitors into qualified leads? Do you get excited when your experiments drive conversion rates up and generate a steady flow of marketing qualified leads?
vFairs is looking for a Web Conversion Manager to own the strategy and execution of our marketing website (
vfairs.com). You'll be responsible for driving growth in conversions, improving SEO and AI SEO visibility, running A/B tests, managing our interactive demo platform, and leveraging AI tools to speed up web conversion efforts.
This role lives in our Marketing organization, where you'll act as the custodian of the website and work intensely across multiple functions including demand generation, product marketing, performance marketing, growth, content marketing, sales, and customer success.
The ideal candidate loves a test-and-learn approach, has a strong grip on SEO concepts, can frame meaningful experiments, is savvy with modern conversion optimization techniques, and knows how to use AI tools to build systems and agents that accelerate results.
In this pivotal position, you will manage a team of developers and a UI/UX designer, and work with talented partners across the organization to drive website performance.

Team Leadership & Resource Management

Review team output and provide feedback to maintain quality standards
Website Management & Conversion Growth

Act as the custodian of vfairs.com and own the strategy, roadmap, and execution to maximize visitor-to-lead conversions

Manage the entire sitemap and ensure all pages align with conversion goals

Develop and execute A/B testing plans to identify high-performing variants

Own the experimentation roadmap and prioritize tests based on potential impact

Analyze session playbacks, heatmaps, and click streams to map user journeys and identify conversion bottlenecks

Monitor conversion metrics, MQLs, website speed, and performance parameters through Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and HubSpot
SEO & AI SEO Collaboration

Work closely with the growth marketing specialist to execute SEO and AI SEO initiatives

Collaborate on SEO strategy and focus on implementation and execution of recommended optimizations

Monitor and improve website performance metrics including page load times and Core Web Vitals
Interactive Demo & Sales Enablement

Own and manage the interactive demo website that serves as a sales enablement tool

Work with sales to ensure the demo effectively showcases our product capabilities

Continuously improve the demo experience based on user feedback and usage data
AI Tools & Automation

Manage AI tools on the marketing site, including the AI chatbot

Create prototypes on tools like Lovable and Replit and also create systems and agents that speed up web conversion

Leverage tools like ChatGPT, Replit, Lovable, and Relay to automate workflows and accelerate experimentation
Messaging & Landing Pages

Conduct messaging tests using tools like Wynter to validate copy and positioning

Partner with product marketing to execute the roadmap of new use cases and solution landing pages

Launch landing pages for customer dinners, events, and campaigns using forms and automation

Work with design and copywriters to craft pages with the right messaging and conversion flows
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with demand generation to align website conversion goals with lead generation campaigns

Collaborate with product marketing on use case and solution page launches

Partner with performance marketing to ensure landing page experiences support paid campaigns
