Job Summary

DG Training & Development Institution is hiring a Web Design & Development Trainer to deliver practical, instructor-led training programs.

This role focuses on teaching complete website creation, from UI/UX design to WordPress development and Java-based web programming. The trainer will help learners build real, functional websites and develop job-ready digital skills.

This is a training position, not a software development or outsourcing role.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and corporate training sessions
• Teach UI/UX design principles (user experience, wireframing, usability)
• Train students in WordPress development (themes, plugins, customization, Elementor)
• Teach website programming fundamentals using Java (core concepts for web)
• Cover HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design
• Guide learners through end-to-end website projects
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and real-world case studies
• Adapt content for beginner to intermediate learners
• Support students in building professional portfolios
• Participate in workshops, bootcamps, and certification programs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in Web Design & Development
• Solid understanding of UI/UX design and modern web practices
• Hands-on experience with WordPress (Elementor or similar builders)
• Knowledge of Java programming for web applications
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Basic knowledge of databases (MySQL or similar) is an advantage
• Previous teaching or training experience preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for learners
• Professional, organized, and learner-focused approach
