Web Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must possess a strong aesthetic sense, have hands-on experience in graphic design, and be proficient with Figma. You will be responsible for designing visually appealing, user-friendly, and dynamic websites and digital assets that align with our brand and user goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop aesthetically pleasing, responsive web pages and user interfaces.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and marketing teams to bring concepts to life.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and final visual designs using Figma.
• Translate brand guidelines into functional design elements across all digital touchpoints.
• Design dynamic visual assets for web such as banners, sliders, and animated graphics.
• Ensure website design is optimized for all devices and browsers.
• Maintain and update existing websites based on business or user needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web and graphic design.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role.
• Strong aesthetic and visual design sense with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Good understanding of responsive design, layout principles, and web typography.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and dynamic design elements is a plus.
• Ability to conceptualize creative ideas and translate them into digital formats.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and graphic design work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Web Design, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Experience with motion design or animation tools is a bonus.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks or CMS platforms (like WordPress or Webflow) is advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
