Web Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, a solid understanding of UI/UX principles, and hands-on experience with modern design tools. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive website designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design responsive, modern, and user-centric website layouts
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for client projects
• Work closely with developers and marketing teams to turn designs into functional websites
• Ensure brand consistency across web pages and digital assets
• Optimize designs for speed, usability, and engagement
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, UI/UX best practices, and tools
• Prepare and present design ideas to clients
• Manage multiple design tasks and deliver within deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
• Experience with WordPress or website builders (optional but preferred)
• Ability to manage time and work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in designing websites for different industries
• Knowledge of SEO-friendly design structures
• Motion graphics or video editing skills (added advantage)

Pay: ₹10,006.23 - ₹35,898.07 per month
