Web Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to design visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to transform ideas into engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design modern, responsive website layouts, landing pages, and UI elements.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design assets using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
• Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and performance across devices.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
• Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on web design trends, UX patterns, and best practices.
• Design graphics for web use including banners, icons, infographics, and illustrations.
• Test and iterate design solutions based on user feedback and data analytics.
• Support in updating and maintaining website content when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, UI/UX, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Web Designer (portfolio required).
• Strong proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and web accessibility standards.
• Creative mindset with strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Shopify).
• Exposure to basic JavaScript or front-end development is a plus.
• Experience designing for SEO-friendly layouts.
• Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
