Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to create visually appealing, user-friendly websites that align with our brand identity and business objectives. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, deep UI/UX understanding, and advanced expertise in Figma.

Key Responsibilities

• Design responsive website layouts and high-converting landing pages
• Enhance UI/UX to improve user engagement and conversion rates
• Collaborate closely with marketing and development teams
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital assets
• Optimize designs for performance, speed, and usability

Requirements:

• Proven experience in web design (Portfolio is mandatory)
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including:
• Component libraries
• Auto layout
• Design systems
• Interactive prototyping
• Structured developer handoff
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Ability to work independently in a professional environment
• Experience designing custom corporate websites
