We’re Hiring: Creative Website Designer & Developer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented designer who can:

• Design professional websites that are modern, responsive, and user-friendly using Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or Canva
• Develop websites using WordPress, Elementor and other platforms (HTML/CSS)
• Create custom logos and branding materials that reflect a brand’s identity
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure design consistency across campaigns
• Convert client ideas into high-quality digital designs
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO basics

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive websites
• Create custom logos, branding kits, and graphics
• Work on UI/UX design improvements for client projects
• Maintain and update existing client websites
• Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and client expectations
• Support the team with creative assets for marketing campaigns

Key Requirements (Must-Have):

• 2+ years of experience in web design and development
• Strong portfolio in websites and logo/branding design
• Proficiency in WordPress, Elementor and other platforms (HTML/CSS)
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or Canva
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu

Bonus (Preferred):

• Experience with e-commerce website design (WooCommerce, Shopify)
• Knowledge of SEO basics and website optimization
• Familiarity with brand identity design and social media graphics

Location & Type: Full-time | Remote & On-site | Must work in USA business hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Web Designer & Developer: 2 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
